Terms & Conditions

Our “chiseled jewel” will be delivered to you properly protected and well packaged. However, in the event that the product arrives with a defect caused by transport, please inform Baroque Elegance of this incident in order to solve it as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES:

1. For purchases in our online store:

• National peninsula: three days or 72 hours. We can anticipate this deadline with an urgent service if you request it through email

  or by contacting via mobile 633 068 704.
• International: Delivery time between 48 hours and 7 working days from the confirmation of the order.

1. For custom orders: it will depend on the complexity of the design and our own agenda, anticipating a maximum period of 45 days

REGARDING SHIPMENTS

Shipping costs are not included and will be borne by the buyer. These expenses are those indicated in the purchase process of the website (they are also indicated in this same section), they will appear duly detailed and are calculated automatically.

Deliveries of orders will be made on working days and within working hours.

Shipments that are subject to customs or duties will be borne by the recipient and will have to pay them at the time of receipt of the order

Shipping costs (Spain and islands): 7€ (VAT included)

Shipping costs (European Union): 15 € (VAT included)

We will send you an email or text message with the tracking number of the shipment so you can consult it on the website of the courier company at all times

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the jewel received, you can make the return complying with the following points:

• You must contact me immediately, to indicate your disagreement.
• You must return the jewel to us within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition in which it was sent (box, bag, etc.)
• The shipping costs of returns are borne by the buyer.
• Once we receive the returned jewelry, we will proceed to refund the entire amount of your purchase minus the initial shipping costs.
